Consultative Wellness Coach 

Job description: Consultative Sales for aWeight Loss Hormone Balancing Center

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our weight loss center specializing in natural hormone balancing consultative sales.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a consultation with prospective clients to determine if BeBalanced is the right fit for them, and which elements of our program will address their concerns.
• Be educated and passionate about the BeBalanced supplements, Natural Hormone Balancing process, and able to coach the client through their journey.
• Cultivate raving fans from our client base to encourage referrals.
• Maintain ongoing education with the latest industry trends and advancements in hormone balancing and weight loss techniques.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional campaigns and initiatives.
• Sell a minimum of 15 new packages per month.

Qualifications:

• Experience in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in consultative sales, preferably in the weight loss or healthcare industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Knowledge of nutrition is highly desirable.
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Pay: To be discussed based on experience
