As a Jewelry Sales Associate, you will not only create stunning jewelry pieces through welding, which we will teach you, but also engage with customers, sell jewelry, and curate captivating social media content, with a knack for Instagram.

Responsibilities:

• Craft exquisite jewelry pieces through welding techniques.
• Engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner, providing exceptional service and assistance.
• Drive sales by showcasing our jewelry collection and effectively communicating its value to customers.
• Capture and create engaging social media content, particularly for Instagram, to promote our brand and products.
• Utilize Canva (preferred) to design visually appealing graphics and posts for social media.
• Maintain a flexible schedule, including availability on Thursday nights and weekends - Absolute Requirement
• Embrace entrepreneurship by learning and contributing to various aspects of business operations.
• Participate in travel opportunities for work, including fun events and pop-ups.
• Occasionally assist at our studio in Arroyo Grande for various tasks and projects.

Qualifications:

• Strong sales skills and comfort in interacting with strangers.
• Social media savvy, particularly with Instagram, with a keen eye for aesthetics and trends.
• Experience with Canva is a plus.
• Ability to work Thursday nights and weekends.
• Drama-free attitude with a strong work ethic and a passion for learning.
• Flexibility and adaptability to handle various tasks and responsibilities.
• Willingness to grow into a full-time role and take on additional responsibilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
