We are seeking technologically savvy and enthusiastic applicants who will be comfortable communicating our goal of advancing the outpatient joint replacement experience to prospective patients.
This position will involve answering phone calls from new patients and explaining what differentiates our product from the competition, as well as outlining the cutting-edge joint technologies we offer. You will be responsible for utilizing our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and interacting with our onsite clinical staff to engage with potential patient customers. Previous experience with Modernizing Medicine or a similar Electronic Health Records (EHR) system is beneficial.
