Our orthopedic clinic is the industry leader in outpatient knee and hip replacement surgery. Our goal is to get people back to doing what they love by curing their chronic knee and hip pain. We offer patients a revolutionary and cutting-edge alternative to traditional knee and hip replacements. Patients can go home just hours after surgery and get back to doing what they love much quicker than they can after a traditional knee or hip replacement.

We are seeking technologically savvy and enthusiastic applicants who will be comfortable communicating our goal of advancing the outpatient joint replacement experience to prospective patients.

This position will involve answering phone calls from new patients and explaining what differentiates our product from the competition, as well as outlining the cutting-edge joint technologies we offer. You will be responsible for utilizing our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and interacting with our onsite clinical staff to engage with potential patient customers. Previous experience with Modernizing Medicine or a similar Electronic Health Records (EHR) system is beneficial.
