POSITION(S): Human Resources Clerk

Site: District Office, Human Resources Office

Continued employment is contingent upon the ability to pass an additional background check for fingerprint roller certification through the Department of Justice. 

REQUIREMENTS: Graduation from high school or its equivalent

  • Additional training in secretarial or business skills
  • Minimum of two (2) years of clerical or secretarial work in an Educational, Human Resources, or Business setting
  • Valid California Driver’s License.

WORK DAYS: 260  days, 12 months per year - 260 Day Work Year Calendar  -

Monday - Friday, 8 hours/day, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Position may be required to report for duty from 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. on an as-needed basis.

SALARY: Annual entry level salary placement from $3,505 to $4,894 monthly

Salary prorated based on start date, and prior experience.
