Description:
Farrell Smyth is looking for an experienced Maintenance Tech to join our Property Management division.
This position is full-time, Monday through Friday from 8:00am - 4:30pm with a half hour lunch.
Painting and basic handyman skills, including light plumbing and electrical, are required. Carpentry and/or re-keying skills a plus! Copy of a clean driving record must be available upon request.
