Description:
Farrell Smyth is a well-established San Luis Obispo property management firm seeking an experienced HOA Coordinator to join our team. This position is full-time, Monday - Friday from 8am-5pm, with some evening and weekend meeting attendance required.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong administrative skills
- Excellent people skills
- Organized and able to meet deadlines
- Property Management and/or HOA/Community Association management experience preferred but not required
- Real Estate license preferred but not required
