Job Details

Specialty food company in Paso Robles, CA. is seeking full time shipping and production assistants. Key responsibilities include: shipping, receiving, production, inventory. This position reports to the shipping and production manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include:

• Assist with all shipping and receiving operations during every shift
• Assist with all production operations and make modifications as needed to improve overall quality and efficiency.
• Assist with all inventory at both locations including transfers between tasting rooms.
• Review all operations regularly to determine overall levels of efficiency, safety, employee morale, and production, and present findings and suggested changes to the Shipping and Production Coordinator.
• Inspect physical condition of shipping and production areas, and equipment to make sure that the quality and conditions are up to standards.
• Continuous improvement and focus on efficiency.
• Other Duties as Assigned.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Must be able to handle physical tasks, some heavy lifting required.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Organized.
• Ability to multi-task.
