The Director–Recreational Sports Programs and Services is a key management position of Associated Students, Inc. (ASI), a non-profit corporation and auxiliary organization at California Polytechnic State University. The Director–Recreational Sports Programs and Services report to the ASI Executive Director and is responsible for overseeing the programmatic, staff, and student functions in the Cal Poly Recreation Center including Membership Services, The Pro Shop services, ASI Fitness and Wellness, ASI Intramural Sports, ASI Aquatics, ASI Poly Escapes, and the ASI Poly Escapes Climbing Park. Additionally, the Director–Recreational Sports Programs and Services oversees ASI’s global assessment efforts and works directly with the University Union Advisory Board.

Starting Salary: $115,386.66 plus excellent benefits

Pay Range for the Position: $115,386.66–$184,618.66
