CAREGivers/HCA's needed in Santa Maria, Five Cities, San Luis Obispo, Morro Bay and North County Caregivers encouraged to apply.

What about COVID-19?
We may conduct our interviews remotely
All PPE such as masks and gloves are provided, and we do NOT take clients with active COVID-19 infections.
We practice social distancing and conduct daily temperature checks at the office as well as pre-shift wellness checks for every employee.
We have daily sanitizing and cleaning procedures and conduct our staff meetings remotely

Do I qualify?
If you are over 18 and have a kind heart, we can help you navigate getting licensed every step of the way. We will assist you with your background check, licensure application, TB Test and provide you with paid training to get you started. 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12 hours shifts available. Day and night shifts. Monday through Sunday available, your choice. Your availability and schedule is up to you. The more open it is, and the further you are willing to drive the more clients we can assign to you.

Home Instead provides a variety of non-medical services that allow seniors to remain in their home and meet the challenges of aging with dignity, care and compassion.
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Companionship and conversation
Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
Personal Care
Medication and appointment reminders
Alzheimer’s Care
Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
Complete a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check and drug screen
Possess a valid driver’s license and valid auto insurance (required if driving clients)
