Coast Pipe, a building materials company, in Paso Robles is looking for a part time Office Assistant. The Office Assistant will be responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, entering inventory into QuickBooks, and other office duties as assigned. We're looking for an employee with a positive attitude, someone who is dependable and can work in a small office setting.
Monday through Friday 8:30am-1:30pm, hours are flexible
Applicant should possess the following skills:
* QuickBooks knowledge helpful
* Experience with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Gmail preferred
* Data entry experience
* Ability to maintain accurate electronic and paper filing systems
* Strong written and verbal skills
* Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
