Administrative Assistant

Farrell Smyth is looking for a Administrative Assistant for our Property Management office.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

  • Create invoices for completed work orders and services
  • Process Move in and Move out inspections
  • Property Showings
  • Vendor and File Management
  • Insurance File Updates
  • Key Management
  • Answer calls and respond to emails for incoming billing questions
  • Complete office support tasks 
  • Communication with Tenants and Owners

The ideal candidate would be:

  • Computer skills -- Word, Excel, Outlook
  • QuickBooks experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized and able to Multi-Task
  • Able to work in a small office environment as well as independently
  • Positive attitude and able to take on tasks as they arise
  • Property Management and/or Billing experience a plus
