Job Summary

The Branch Manager is responsible for carrying out Farm Supply Company’s mission statement and core values at their branch. This will include fiscal management, personnel management, and facility and equipment management. The Branch Manager is responsible for the branch’s customer service and public relations. The Branch Manager will report to the President/CEO.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the branch.
  • Oversee branch staff, including hiring, scheduling, supervision, training and termination.
  • Facilitate the maintenance and repair of branch facility, grounds, vehicles and equipment.
  • Ensure branch compliance with safety regulations and requirements, including Federal, State and Local requirements as well as Company policies.
  • Assist with the annual year-end physical inventory count.
  • Assist with the development of the annual financial and capital budget.
  • Maintain courteous and professional relationships with members, customers, coworkers and vendors.

Successful Candidates Will Have

  • Prior management and leadership experience.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Basic proficiency with computer, Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to interact successfully with customers and co-workers.
