Overview

As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with our Senior Digital Analyst on executing campaigns, funnel development, optimization strategy, analysis and reporting for our clients. You will be expected to problem-solve and troubleshoot technical issues with campaigns, analyze data, make recommendations, and create custom reports for our clients. The ideal candidate enjoys the fast-paced and changing world of digital marketing, isn’t afraid to try new things, and works well in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

  • As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will assist in the day-to-day execution of Social Media, Email, Google Ads and Lead-Generation marketing campaigns, including feedback process, segmentation, production, asset delivery, and deployment
  • Work with our Senior Digital Analyst to ensure timely and accurate campaign deployment
  • Weekly campaign reporting and customized reporting on an as-needed basis as requested by client
  • Email reporting and analysis
  • Utilize reporting tools to create reports and interpret data
  • Analyze campaign performance vs. goals and share insights and recommendations
  • Develop Facebook, Instagram, Google Ad campaigns encompassing account structure optimization, audience and keyword targeting, bidding, and optimization
  • Campaign optimization; set audience exclusions, optimize bidding strategies (campaign, devices and formats: ad set, device, location, etc.), revise copy based on top-performing variations, run a/b tests
  • Work with clients to load and test pixels on websites to measure traffic and conversions. Confirm tracking and optimization funnel is in place
