We are looking for a full-time teammate to join our accounting department in San Luis Obispo. We are an advertising and media buying agency that books roughly 15,000 commercials a week across several hundred TV and Radio stations nationally. We have employees who work at multiple locations throughout the United States. Each team member plays a major role in the success and growth of our business.

We train our employees extensively and are always available to answer questions. A willingness and ability to learn and work hard is mainly what we are looking for.

This position is full-time at 40 hours/week, year-round. We offer competitive wages and benefits, including health insurance, paid vacation, 401k profit sharing, discretionary quarterly bonuses and much more. There is some flexibility in the start and end time, assuming your schedule is consistent and between Mon – Fri, 7AM – 5PM. December and January are our busiest months, so extra availability during those months may be needed.

Job Duties:

- Extensive use of our media software, which involves comprehensive understanding of how various screens are interrelated and affected by changes or inputs of data. We train extensively on this system.

- Reconciling invoices received from television stations to ensure what we have booked in the system matches what truly aired, which includes resolving all discrepancies.

- Weekly, monthly, and annual reporting duties.

- Assisting with any other tasks assigned to help the team, e.g. sending out media changes, orders, or credit memos.

Preferred Qualifications:

-Extraordinary attention to detail and the ability to focus on simple, but repetitive tasks.

-Intermediate level of computer skills, including Microsoft Office (particularly with Excel) and Google (Gmail, Sheets, Drive and Calendar).

-Excellent written communication skills.

-Motivation to get their work done efficiently.

-Well-organized with an objective towards quality and consistency.

-High problem-solving abilities.
