About the Corporate Administrative Assistant Position:

We are looking for an energetic, positive individual to work as a Corporate Administrative Assistant at our company headquarters in San Luis Obispo. A Corporate Administrative Assistant, under the direction of the Manager of Operations, performs duties to assist in the ongoing operations of the corporate offices. This is a regular full-time position.

Responsibilities:

  • Corporate Reception, answering and routing incoming phone calls
  • Provide Chief Administrative Officer, Director of Operations, and other departments with administrative support, as needed, utilizing computers and software including Google Apps, MS Office, and database applications
  • Complete general office tasks and other projects including but not limited to, filing, copying, typing, faxing, errands, shipping, ordering supplies, performing plant maintenance, and managing daily mail, as needed
  • Assist with tracking, researching, and purchasing to support Corporate departments
  • Interact positively and professionally with clients and staff to provide a safe and positive work environment

Requirements:

  • High school diploma, or equivalent
  • Previous Reception/Front Desk experience preferred
  • A professional demeanor and high level of comfort interacting with visitors and guests
  • Ability to lift and move up to 15 pounds unassisted
  • A current driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
  • Ability to retain and follow oral and written directives
  • Ability to write legibly and possess general computer skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
  • Must pass pre-employment screening and clearances
  • Must sign Lindamood-Bell’s Confidentiality Agreement
