As our Community Manager, you will be responsible for enriching and growing the volunteer community on Experts Exchange. You will be in charge of nurturing a key part of the business, the volunteers who share their vast professional experience to help others solve technology problems.
This position will require day-to-day involvement with internal and external stakeholders to build or enhance functionality that makes the volunteer experience rewarding and effective in providing solutions to problems. This position will require travelling to attend conferences and meet with volunteers on a quarterly basis. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology, the people who make it work, and be able to communicate well with the technology professionals, including the following:
