Assistant Property Manager

Description:

We are seeking a Secretary to join our property management team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Greet and assist onsite guests
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Perform all other office tasks
  • Investigate and resolve tenant complaints
  • Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
  • Enforce property and associations' rules and regulations

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
  • Familiarity with contracts and leases
  • Ability to build rapport with tenants
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Computer skills (MS Office Proficient)
  • Self motivated
  • Drug Test Required

Compensation:

$13/hour

Hours:

Full Time: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm
