Under general supervision of the VP of Finance, the Manager of Enterprise Software will be responsible for supporting the Enterprise Resources Planning and Support applications. They will manage the design, review, selection, development, deployment, and implementation of complex enterprise software solutions. They are responsible for directing the roadmap for all enterprise software applications, tools, and utilities required to govern, manage, and secure those systems. The Manager of Enterprise Software will manage a portfolio of enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, BI, EAI) in support of business objectives. They are also responsible for long term maintenance and support, including optimization of business processes to allow for scalability for a growing company.

 The Manager of Enterprise Software must be proficient on processes within a manufacturing ERP environment (i.e. Supply chain, Finance, Engineering, etc.) They are responsible for addressing complex business problems utilizing automated systems in order to make them more efficient while providing technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective. ­­

 Essential Duties and Responsibilities. Other duties will be assigned

  • Design, review, selection, development, deployment, and implementation of complex enterprise software solutions
  • Define, design, and implement application solutions
  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, BI, EAI) in support of business objectives
  • Direct the roadmap for all enterprise software applications, tools, and utilities required to govern, manage, and secure those systems.
  • Ensure knowledge pertaining to implementation and technologies are adequately shared with the team
  • Develop innovative solutions around mobility, artificial intelligence, analytics, etc., and provide vision for robust, flexible, scalable platforms
  • Continually review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems
  • Define standard operating procedures for the day-to-day maintenance of the applications and underlying systems
  • Ensure compliance of the systems with regards to security and SOX (Sarbanes–Oxley) compliance requirements

 Other Duties and Responsibilities.

  • Establish clear communication channels and ensure proper feedback mechanisms are in place with cross functional teams
  • Adherence to Service level agreements
  • Ensure timely reviews with stakeholders
  • Other duties as assigned

 Qualifications, Education and Experience Requirements.

  • Six+ years relevant experience with one year of leadership responsibility
  • IT or IS Bachelor’s degree
  • ERP implementation experience
  • Knowledge of various ERP systems
  • Broad knowledge of the field with proven leadership skills
  • Resolves issues and contributes to unit/area development
