Permanent Jewelry Welded Experience Maker

Location: San Luis Obispo County, CA (Pismo Beach-based with mobile events)
Position Type: Part-Time (with Full-Time Growth Potential)

Are you a social, creative, jewelry-loving people person? Do you thrive in fast-paced, fun environments where no two days are the same? We`re looking for someone magnetic—literally and figuratively—to help create unforgettable welded jewelry experiences for our customers.

This isn`t your average retail role. You`ll become the face of our mobile and in-store experiences, creating beautiful, permanent pieces through welding (training provided), capturing the magic for social media, and supporting the day-to-day operations of a growing, woman-owned small business.

What You`ll Do

• Create Memorable Moments: Weld permanent jewelry (we`ll train you!) while delivering an exceptional customer experience at our retail shop and pop-up events.
• Be a Social Media Star: Record and appear in fun, engaging Reels and stories; take high-quality photos; contribute to content ideas and planning.
• Drive Sales with Heart: Help customers select pieces they love, upsell with ease, and make every interaction feel special.
• Support Operations: Assist with order fulfillment, inventory tracking, store maintenance, and administrative tasks.
• Be Mobile & Flexible: Load and transport pop-up supplies (must have a reliable vehicle), set up events, and work weekends and Thursday evenings.
• Collaborate as a Team Player: Jump in wherever needed. We`re small, scrappy, and supportive—no egos, no drama.

 What We`re Looking For

• You love jewelry—and you wear it too!
• You`re outgoing, energetic, and love talking to strangers.
• You`re confident on camera and comfortable creating fun social content (especially on Instagram and Reels).
• You`re familiar with Canva or willing to learn.
• You have a sharp eye for detail and high standards for presentation.
• You`re available Thursdays after 3 PM and most weekends (non-negotiable).
• You have a valid driver`s license and a reliable vehicle to carry pop-ups supplies.
• You`re passionate about personal growth and excited about long-term potential with a fast-growing business.
• You thrive in a no-drama, team-first environment where everyone pitches in.
