Accounting/Payroll Technician:

In this position you will provide fiscal support to assigned accounts and functions such as account payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and purchasing. Perform entry level to advanced internal and external accounting duties in the review, evaluation and adjustment of assigned County Office and district accounts. Prepare and maintain financial and statistical records and files.   

Salary: Grade: 28: $3,818 - $7,763 per month ($22.04-$44.81per hour). Salary range represents steps 1–25. Salary Step placement is determined by directly related experience and education in accordance with Merit System Rule 4872.1. Step placement beyond Step 13 requires Cabinet approval.

Location: SLOCOE Main Office, San Luis Obispo, CA.

Work Schedule: Full-time, 260 paid days per year, Monday-Friday, 
8:00am-5:00pm with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break.
