Description:

POSITION(S): Secretary II (Bilingual English/Spanish Preferred)

Site: District Office/Business Office

SUMMARY OF DUTIES:

  • District Office Receptionist;
  • Be first responder to public inquiries; greet walk-ins, answer questions, and route to the appropriate district personnel;
  • Answer district switchboard and route calls accordingly;
  • Assist the Superintendent`s and Business Office with clerical duties;
  • Scan documents for various district departments for permanent storage


WORK DAYS: 260 days (12 months) - 260 Day Work Year Calendar

Monday through Friday, 8 hours/day, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

  

SALARY: Range 19, salary placement from $3,262 through $4,549 monthly (depending on prior experience) + 2% bilingual stipend

Salary prorated based on start date and prior experience.

PROCEDURE FOR APPLICATIONS:

All applicants must take and pass a clerical examination to be considered for the position.
Testing is scheduled for THURSDAY, JANUARY 23, 2025.
Interviews are scheduled to be held on WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 29, 2025.
