Product & Compliance Coordinator

Danican Inc. is a global private label partner specializing in the design, sourcing, and delivery of mattresses, bedding products, and components. Working with trusted manufacturing partners across Asia, Europe, and North America, we help our customers bring high-quality products to market efficiently and reliably.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Product & Compliance Coordinator to join our team in Atascadero, CA. This role offers hands-on experience across product development, supplier coordination, and compliance in an international business environment.

You will work closely with our Product Development Manager and global suppliers to help bring new products to market while ensuring quality, timelines, and documentation standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate product development activities from concept through production
• Communicate with international suppliers regarding product specifications, samples, and timelines
• Track development progress and ensure projects stay on schedule
• Support compliance documentation, including product specifications, certifications, and test reports
• Assist with quality control processes and follow up on inspections
• Maintain organized records of product data, revisions, and approvals
• Collaborate with internal teams on product launches and ongoing projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor`s degree required (business, supply chain, product development, or related field)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Interest in product development, sourcing, or supply chain

Preferred (not required):

• Experience with product development, sourcing, or logistics
• Experience working with international suppliers

Position Details

• Full-time position
• Location: Atascadero, CA (on-site)
• Salary range: $60,000 – $72,000 per year, depending on experience
