Description

The IT Desktop Support Tech will provide onsite technical support to clinical and administrative staff across the health system, ensuring reliable operation of end-user devices, applications, and IT equipment. This role will troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues while minimizing disruptions to patient care and daily operations.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience providing desktop support, IT help desk, or end-user technical support.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and common enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of computer hardware, peripherals, printers, and basic networking concepts.
• Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting, customer service, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and prioritize issues affecting clinical operations.
• Ability to provide onsite support and travel between health system facilities as needed.
