Vesta Digital Intelligence is a boutique consulting firm that implements Atlassian and Asana for mid-market and enterprise clients. Our work spans Jira and Jira Service Management, Atlassian Cloud migrations, ITSM architecture, Asana enterprise rollouts, and AI integration.

We're a small, senior team, so the work is hands-on and your decisions shape how we deliver.

As an Atlassian & Asana Consultant, you'll deliver client engagements alongside our senior consultants and the CEO. This is a full-time, fully remote position open to candidates anywhere in the United States.

This is an individual-contributor role with no people-management responsibilities. Most of your time will be billable client work. You'll get structured onboarding, hands-on training, and a clear path to Senior Consultant and, as Vesta grows, delivery leadership.

• Deliver client engagements end to end: discovery, design, build, and handoff.
• Configure and build in Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, and Asana to meet client requirements.
• Run workshops and requirements sessions, and keep clients informed from kickoff to go-live.
• Support cloud migrations and ITSM implementations, and advise clients on best practices.
• Help scope new work and estimate hours alongside leadership.
• Contribute to our delivery methodology and templates as we grow.

We want a hands-on Atlassian or Asana practitioner with 3–5 years of experience who is ready to take on client work and grow quickly.

• Based in the United States and authorized to work here without sponsorship.
• 3–5 years of professional experience, including consulting or client-facing delivery.
• Solid hands-on experience in Atlassian (Jira, JSM, Confluence) or Asana, covering configuration, administration, and workflow design. Experience in both is a plus, and we'll help you build the other.
• Clear client communication, from working sessions to status updates.
• Comfort being billable and managing your own workstreams with guidance from senior colleagues.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn, including new platform features and AI tooling.

These strengthen an application but aren't required.

• Atlassian or Asana certifications
• ITIL or ITSM background
• Cloud migration experience
• Experience mentoring or coordinating other team members

Vesta is remote-first and has no office. This role is open to candidates anywhere in the United States. Occasional travel to meet clients or the team may come up, and we'll plan it well in advance.

Base salary is $100,000–$125,000, depending on experience.
