The Clerk-Recorder Department is hiring for an enthusiastic Administrative Assistant III to join our small-but-mighty team. We're seeking someone who is:
Education and Experience
A combination of education, training, and experience resulting in the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. An example of qualifying education and experience includes:
Graduation from high school or possession of a G.E.D. certificate at the time of employment. AND Either A: One year of experience performing duties comparable to an Administrative Assistant II. Or B: Three years of experience performing a wide variety of clerical and administrative assistant duties including word-processing/computer experience.
Licenses and Certificates
Certain positions within this classification may require driving. When driving is an essential function of the position, a valid CALIFORNIA driver's license will be required at the time of appointment.
