Shipping And Receiving Team MemberWe're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping And Receiving Team Member to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for efficiently picking, packing, and shipping customer orders — handling up to 150 orders per day. You'll also process customer returns and exchanges, restock finished goods, and help manage inventory to keep operations running smoothly. This is a fast-paced position that demands strong attention to detail, the ability to meet tight deadlines, and a positive attitude even during busy periods.Key Responsibilities:Pick, pack, and ship daily customer orders with speed and accuracyProcess incoming returns and exchangesRestock finished goods and maintain accurate inventoryEnsure all shipments meet quality and compliance standardsWork efficiently in a high-volume environment while maintaining organizationRequirements:Previous experience in shipping and receiving (high-volume e-commerce experience is strongly preferred)Ability to stand and work on your feet for 8+ hours per dayProficiency with shipping software and inventory management systemsComfortable using both Mac OS and Windows operating systemsStrong attention to detail and ability to work under time pressureReliable, team-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environmentWhat We Offer:Competitive Hourly Pay - depending on work ethic, experience, and character.
