Quality Inspector

Our client, a leader in advanced manufacturing solutions, is seeking a dedicated Quality Inspector to join their team. As a Quality Inspector, you will be an essential part of the Quality Assurance department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Quality Inspector

Location: San Luis Obispo, CA

Pay Range: $24-$25/hr

Shift: 3pm- 11:30 pm Monday - Friday

What's the Job?

• Perform routine inspections on manufactured products against documented specifications and quality control procedures.
• Identify and document nonconformances, using measurement tools and inspection techniques.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and ensure calibration of measurement equipment is current.
• Notify supervisors of discrepancies and support safe, efficient production processes.
• Support site quality initiatives and perform basic First Article Inspection Reports as needed.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience in a manufacturing inspection environment or equivalent training.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
• Proficiency with measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and optical comparators.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Excel; SAP knowledge is a plus.
