The Technical Product Manager is responsible for shaping, governing, and advancing assigned technology products and capabilities across their lifecycle. The role serves as the bridge between business priorities and technology delivery, ensuring work is intentionally defined, prioritized, and aligned before entering execution.
The Technical Product Manager partners closely with business stakeholders, Front Office engagement teams, and Back Office delivery organizations to develop roadmaps, define requirements, evaluate tradeoffs, and guide investment decisions that maximize business value and operational effectiveness.
This role is accountable not simply for managing requests, but for ensuring technology products are strategically aligned, operationally effective, and positioned to deliver measurable outcomes for Turner. The IS Technical Product Manager exists to ensure technology products and capabilities are intentionally governed, strategically aligned, and continuously improved throughout their lifecycle.
Essential duties and key responsibilities include:
Physical demands include sitting, using hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reaching with hands and arms; talking or hearing; viewing a computer monitor; using a computer keyboard; being mobile; lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds; and performing work on-site at construction work sites, office locations, and/or off-site venues.
Work environment characteristics include regular office or remote settings, quiet to moderate noise levels, compliance with company safety policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
The salary range for this position varies by location, with estimates ranging from $112k to $180K. Actual compensation packages within that range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
