Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Provide specialized instruction to support students with diverse learning needs
Adapt curriculum and instructional strategies to maximize student success
Collaborate with teachers, therapists, administrators, and families
Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team planning
