You will lead a team of system-level Product Support Managers (PSMs) to direct, align, and optimize lifecycle sustainment strategies for assigned critical Hull, Mechanical, and Electrical (HM and E) systems.
You will assist/lead efforts to develop/maintain HM and E System Sustainment policies and processes, communication plans, Memorandums of Agreement (MOAs) / Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs), Task Planning Sheets (TPS), Business Case Analysis (BCA).
You will work with stakeholders (i.e., Resource Sponsors (OPNAV N95/N96/N83), FLEETs, TYCOMs, TWHs, SURFMEPP, Naval Warfare Centers, NAVSUP, DLA, OEMs to establish strategies to improve operational availability of assigned critical HM and E systems.
You will participate in regular engagements including annual flag-led Sustainment Summits, Surface Warfare Enterprise (SWE) meetings, Surface TYCOM Advisory Requirements (STAR) Boards, and Fleet Maintenance Board of Director meetings.
You will be responsible for organizing and supporting HM and E System Sustainment meetings/forums.
You will have demonstrated knowledge and practice of integrated product support (IPS) planning, lifecycle logistics management, and product support strategy development and execution.
You will have experience with the Planning Programing Budgeting Execution (PPBE) process to drive cross-organizational policy and process improvements.
You will deliver executive-level (Flag/SES) briefs.
