Job Title

Lead a team of system-level Product Support Managers (PSMs) to direct, align, and optimize lifecycle sustainment strategies for assigned critical Hull, Mechanical, and Electrical (HM and E) systems.

Assist/lead efforts to develop/maintain HM and E System Sustainment policies and processes, communication plans, Memorandums of Agreement (MOAs) / Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs), Task Planning Sheets (TPS), Business Case Analysis (BCA).

Work with stakeholders (i.e., Resource Sponsors (OPNAV N95/N96/N83), FLEETs, TYCOMs, TWHs, SURFMEPP, Naval Warfare Centers, NAVSUP, DLA, OEMs) to establish strategies to improve operational availability of assigned critical HM and E systems.

Participate in regular engagements including annual flag-led Sustainment Summits, Surface Warfare Enterprise (SWE) meetings, Surface TYCOM Advisory Requirements (STAR) Boards, and Fleet Maintenance Board of Director meetings.

Organize and support HM and E System Sustainment meetings/forums.

Demonstrate knowledge and practice of integrated product support (IPS) planning, lifecycle logistics management, and product support strategy development and execution.

Experience with the Planning Programing Budgeting Execution (PPBE) process to drive cross-organizational policy and process improvements.

Deliver executive-level (Flag/SES) briefs.
