Missions

The Enfance Education Intendance Restauration department is composed of 5 services: Intendance Restauration, Animation enfance, Guichet unique, Ressources, and Education. Placed under the authority of the office manager within the Intendance-Restauration service, your main mission is to participate in the preparation, service of meals, and the restoration of equipment and premises. Your missions:

1. Preparation of meals and service
   • Participate in the setting of tableware
   • Participate in disinfection
   • Participate in cutting and arranging
   • Participate in the re-temperature of hot dishes
2. Restoration of materials and premises
   • Ensure the cleaning and disinfection of dishes
   • Ensure the cleaning and disinfection of restaurant equipment
   • Ensure the cleaning and disinfection of furniture
   • Ensure the cleaning and disinfection of premises (floors and walls)
   • Ensure the cleaning and disinfection of sanitary facilities
   • Ensure the evacuation of waste
