Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Pharmacy Technician Discipline: Allied Health Professional Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Description Performs packaging, manipulative, repetitive, or other nondiscretionary tasks related to the furnishing of drugs, while assisting and under the direct supervision and control of a pharmacist. Fills and delivers the unit dose cassettes from the patients profile to nursing units. This position is represented by SEIU. Requirements Night Shift 4 x 10s, 1730 to 0400 - 5 years of hospital experience. Need sterile compounding experience. No call. Education and Work Experience: High School Education/GED or equivalent: Preferred Associate?s/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Preferred Licenses/Certifications: State Pharmacy Techncian license: Required Pharmaceutical Technician Board certification: Preferred Auto offer job requiring 5 years of hospital experience.
