Transportation Dispatcher

Position: Transportation Dispatcher Transportation Dept. Hours: Monday-Friday / 8 hrs per day 228 days per school year Salary: Range 34 (Step D $26.57 to Range H $32.77) Benefits include; CalPERS Retirement, vacation pay, 13 paid holidays, sick leave, various health and welfare packages available. Qualifications: Complete Job Description is available at the District Office. -Communication / Interpersonal Skills Essential -Maintain transportation calendars and records, verify and review driver logs. -Operate two-way radio; dispatch busses, drive -Transport displaced or temporary students to and from school in a van as needed -Valid CA Drivers' License for at least five (5) years -Possess and maintain safe driving record-must provide driving record printout from DMV -Drug & Alcohol clearance and random testing required. -DOJ Fingerprint clearance -TB Clearance required prior to working -Maintain DOT Physical requirements -Current CPR / First Aid Certification (We can provide training) Deadline: July 13, 2026 To Apply: Current employees please submit a letter of interest to Human Resources.
