From HVAC systems to plumbing repairs and cosmetic enhancements, Maintenance Technicians are vital in ensuring resident satisfaction. They are personable individuals with exceptional technical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a genuine passion for hands‑on work.Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartment units and common areas.Respond to resident service requests in less than 3 hours.Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting issues.Consistently exemplify the Wasatch brand.Embod[e] an owner's mindset.Qualifications A detail oriented and task-focused individual.A strong communicator.A personable and confident customer service professional with a "Resident First" mindset.Team player; organized and accountable.Minimum of 1 year of hands‑on general maintenance experience preferred.Ability to operate various hand and power tools.Experience in repairing and/or maintaining electrical systems, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, heating and air systems, and pools.Detail‑oriented, flexible, and able to multitask.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Superior customer service skills.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and rotating on‑call responsibility for after‑hours emergencies.Benefits and Pay Pay range: $18.10 – $24.48 USD per hour depending on experience, plus quarterly bonus potential!
