But to us, financial dreams and goals are serious business.Job SummaryThe Senior Project Administrator (SPA) leads the Project Delivery Resource Center (PDRC) and serves as a central point of coordination, governance, and guidance for project delivery across SESLOC. The role supports department‑led projects by providing standardized processes, tools, coaching, and visibility to enable effective project planning, execution, and reporting.The SPA partners with employees at all levels of the organization to promote consistent use of PDRC frameworks, facilitate communication, surface risks and issues, and support informed decision‑making throughout the project lifecycle. While the primary focus of the role is governance and enablement, the SPA may periodically serve as the project lead for assigned projects when additional support or coordination is required.The SPA acts as a champion for project delivery discipline at SESLOC, supporting the ongoing development and adoption of project delivery standards, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational priorities.Key QualificationsExperience supporting project coordination, governance, or project delivery in a fast‑paced environmentAbility to guide and support project teams in planning, scheduling, and executing work across the project lifecycleStrong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesAbility to identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and support resolution or escalation as neededExperience maintaining project dashboards, reporting, and providing visibility to stakeholders and leadershipStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross‑functionally and influence without direct authorityAnalytical and problem‑solving skills with strong attention to detailExperience working with project management tools and methodologiesAbility to manage sensitive or confidential information with discretion and sound judgmentKnowledge of or ability to learn financial services operations and project‑related requirementsEducation/ExperienceBachelor's degree in business, information systems, computer science, or a related field and five (5) to seven (7) years of progressive experience in project coordination, project support, or project delivery environments, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
