This position serves as the Fiscal Manager for Behavioral Health and reports to the Behavioral Health Fiscal and Administrative Division Manager. It oversees a team of approximately nine staff who are responsible for budget development, fiscal monitoring, and financial reporting. The Fiscal Manager ensures compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local requirements, including Medi-Cal and grant regulations. The role also supports program leadership with strategic financial planning and informed decision making. Through effective supervision, clear expectations, and ongoing coaching, this position builds a high-performing team that supports the operational and fiscal integrity of Behavioral Health programs.
