Senior Technician Opportunity

Quinn Company is a Caterpillar Dealership that sells, services, and rents a full line of new and used construction, agricultural, and material handling equipment, diesel and natural gas engines.

Position: Senior Technician

Location: Santa Maria, CA

Rate: $35.88 - $57.50 (+ field premium)

Requirements:

• Ability to diagnose, repair and troubleshoot engines, transmission and hydraulics
• Minimum of 5 years of heavy machinery
• Must possess tools necessary to repair heavy machinery
• Must be able to successfully complete a background check

One-year certificate or Associates degree from a community college or technical school; Minimum five plus year's of CAT dealer experience and ten year's heavy equipment industry experience or equivalent education and experience.
