PM Hotel Group - 2990 Dairy Creek Road - Responsibilities: Prepare and present food items to be served, including handling meat, fish, and poultry; Take daily inventory of meat cooler and fish storage, and assist with ordering stock; Rotate food in refrigerator to minimize waste and spoilage; Set up hot or cold line stations and maintain cleanliness and safety of work areas; Conduct departmental safety training for new kitchen employees and follow company safety standards
