The sky is your limit* Salary Range: $85,000 - $90,000 per annumJob DescriptionReporting to the Fig Restaurant General Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:* Lead and manage the day-to-day operation of the Fig Restaurant, ensuring service standards are followed* Drive innovative promotions, menus and concepts; creating a destination of choice for both hotel and external guests* Support all Food & Beverage Outlets in the achievement of their financial and operational targets* Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs, including food, beverage, supply, utility and labor costs* Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging serviceQualifications* Previous Food & Beverage experience in a senior leadership role required* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment* Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times* Previous Point of Sale System experience required* Familiarity with the local Los Angeles restaurant scene and trends required* Management ServSafe and RBS Certifications required prior to employmentAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
