Land Development Project Manager role for major production homebuilder on the Central Coast of California. Three-to-five years experience of land development or homebuilding project management experience required. Bachelors degree in civil engineering, construction management or real estate.Responsibilities Responsible for HOA and City acceptanceSupervise and coordinate all outside contractors involved in the building of the infrastructure to include mass grading, sanitary sewer, storm drains, water lines, paving and streetlightsSupervise Erosion Control Compliance (SWPPP)Work closely with City and County Government OfficialsUpdate and keep Current project SchedulesAssist with and become knowledgeable with Land budgets and Cash flowsAssist with bond reductions and release.Assist with the preparation and administration of offsite contracts and change orders.Assist with the coordination of civil, soils, landscape, environmental consultants and EngineersPay range and compensation package Base: $100k to $125kBonus: 15% to 20% annual bonusBenefits: Full and generous benefits, e.g., health insurance, 401k matching, 3 weeks annual vacation time#J-18808-Ljbffr
