Technician Position

Mon to Fri shift 9am to 6pm. Must live near zipcode 93405. Must have good admin and organizational skills. Must have some printer, laptop, desktop, server and network experience. On Call duty is required and OT as needed. Transition rate upon full time hire to CompuCom will be $ 23.50 for qualified technicians. Please make sure you set that expectation up front. Candidate must maintain good customer focus meeting deadlines and service level agreements (SLA's) Technician will travel to each client's location Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs Desktop, Laptop, Server and Printer Works under general supervision.

Deskside Support Experience and 3 years

Desktop Break/Fix Experience and 3 years

Field Technician Dispatch Experience and 3 years

Laptop Break/Fix Experience and 3 years

Networking Experience and 2 years
