divh2Electrical Apprentice/h2pWe are an end-to-end renewable energy provider, offering products to commercial and enterprise clients in EV Charging solutions, Fleet Electrification, Solar Micro-grids, Energy storage, Hydroponic farming and Rain Water/Grey Water collection systems. We have been experiencing tremendous growth in all these areas and operate under several government rebate programs that ensure a steady and reliable flow of revenues. Our company handles the entire flow of providing these products and services beginning with Sales, Provisioning, Design and Engineering, Contracting and Construction, Servicing and Maintenance. We are looking for experienced electrical help, all skills and levels welcomed, for several positions in Southern and Northern California./ppPrimary Responsibilities:/pulliAssist licensed electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems related to EV charging infrastructure and renewable energy projects/liliSupport electrical work involving:/liliConcrete/liliConduit/liliWire sizing/liliTransformers and switchboards/liliTroubleshoot interoperability charging communication issues on DC fast chargers adapters./liliAssist with operation of equipment such as bobcats, backhoes, and excavators (as qualified)/liliSupport field service activities related to EV charging equipment, including basic site inspections, visual checks, and reporting of issues/liliAssist senior technicians with onsite maintenance and repair tasks for EV charging stations/liliHelp collect basic site information, logs, and documentation under direction of supervisors or field technicians/liliMaintain job site safety, organization, and cleanliness at all times/liliPerform general site and operational support tasks as needed when electrical work is not immediately available/liliOther duties as assigned/li/ulpRequirements:/pulliBasic electrical or construction experience required/liliWillingness to learn EV charging systems, electrical diagnostics, and field service processes/liliAbility to work in outdoor field environments under varying conditions/liliWillingness to travel domestically on occasion, as required by project needs/liliAbility to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team/li/ulpSecondary Functions:/pulliInterpersonal Skills: Focuses on solving conflict, not blaming; maintains confidentiality; listens to others; proactive in resolving issues/liliWritten Communication: Writes clearly and informatively; able to read and interpret written requirements/liliContributes to building a positive team spirit/liliTime Management: Prioritizes and plans work activities; uses time efficiently/liliProfessionalism: Maintains a professional attitude at all times/li/ulpZero Impact Builders is an equal-opportunity employer. ZIB is responsible for preparing sites, supporting installation, and ensuring long-term system performance through active field operations. Core capabilities include:/pulliSite preparation and civil construction for EV charging projects/liliTrenching, conduit routing, and underground infrastructure/liliConcrete work, equipment pads, and structural foundations/liliCoordination with utilities, inspectors, and project stakeholders/liliOperations and maintenance, including diagnostics, troubleshooting, and uptime support/li/ulpOur crews operate across California, working closely with electrical, engineering, and project management teams to move projects efficiently from site readiness through installation and ongoing service. As part of a vertically integrated platform, ZIB plays a critical role in both deployment and long-term performance.
