We partner closely with sales, marketing, and manufacturing to deliver exceptional customer experiences and scalable revenue growth.Role Overview The Sales Operations Specialist will drive operational efficiency and provide data-driven insights within a fast-paced sales organization operating in the regulated consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, this role functions as an independent contributor supporting B2B wholesale and distribution channelsKey ResponsibilitiesManage order submission, invoicing, and compliance validation across systems (e.g., NABIS, LeafLink, HubSpot, Acumatica).Create and distribute sales and inventory reporting, including dashboards, replenishment reporting, and out-of-stock tracking.Support customer and account needs related to availability, pricing, order status, and payment tracking.Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Finance to ensure smooth order handoffs and alignment.Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement through data analysis and AI tools.Qualifications5-7 years in sales operations, sales enablement, analytics, or related roles.Experience in regulated industries and B2B wholesale/distribution preferred.Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards).Working knowledge of CRM and ERP tools (HubSpot, Acumatica preferred).Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.What We OfferCompensation: $85,000-$95,000Opportunities for professional growth and career progression within a fast-growing company.A collaborative and supportive work environment.Access to learning and development programmes to build systems and analytics capability.Flexible working arrangements to support work-life balance.Schedule Regular schedule: Full-time, core business hours with some flexibility required for cross-functional collaboration and key commercial deadlines.Department Sales & Marketing Locations Orange County CA
