Job Description and DutiesThe limited term, full time Analyst II - Lead Recruitment Coordinator will be directed by the Supervisor II (Onboarding Manager) in Human Resources at the Department of State Hospitals - Atascadero (ASH). The incumbent will be responsible for the following duties but not limited to:* Develop innovative recruitment strategies for all classifications hired at the hospital* Develop and initiate creative advertising campaigns* Monitor data to ensure recruitment strategies are effective, make adjustments and changes as needed* Provide consultation and assistance to candidates interested in applying for various positions throughout the hospital* Provide hands on training if needed in the application process* Maintain awareness of hiring needs for all classifications hired at the hospital* Provide consultation and direction to Discipline Chiefs and Hiring Supervisors in recruitment efforts in their area* Provide candidates with accurate employment information including salary ranges, benefits, working conditions, minimum requirements, interview processes, clearances, etc.* Schedule and guide hospital tours for prospective candidates* Collaborate with Department of State Hospitals - Sacramento headquarters and other state hospitals in recruitment efforts* Utilize various websites and platforms to find and recruit talent* Present Department of State Hospitals information at various programs, universities and job centers virtually and in-person* Complete human resources and accounting forms for event participation approval* Plan, coordinate and participate community outreach events in-person and virtual class-style presentations (to include but is not limited to - Career Fair, Information Sessions and Workshops)* Track and monitor recruitment activities for effectiveness* Report to Hospital Administration and Management, results and recommendations regarding recruitment activities.
