Supervisor, Manufacturing Operations Weekend, 2nd Shift. The Role:Entegris is currently seeking a Supervisor, Manufacturing Operations to join our Advanced Purity Solutions Division. This position will be at our San Luis Obispo, CA facility. The position is responsible for the efficient utilization of resources ensuring the achievement of production requirements related to safety, quality, focus audits, cost, on-time delivery and service. These objectives will be accomplished through effective supervision, utilizing proven techniques in planning, organizing, problem solving and teamwork. The Supervisor supports employee training, provides employee guidance and motivation, addresses minor conflicts with employees using company values and principles and provides input on employee performance. - - - The work schedule for this position is Wednesday-Sunday, 3 pm-11:30 pm.
