Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a healthcare location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant information with site contacts when needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions; Monitor entrances, lobbies, and other assigned areas, assisting with access control, visitor direction, and policy awareness in a courteous and professional manner; Support a welcoming environment by reporting hazards, maintenance concerns, and/or suspicious activity, and by following post orders and Allied Universal protocols
