Lids - - Responsibilities: Generate Sales: Produce sales gains, by providing customer service.; Control Expenses: Protect Company assets within guidelines of LIDS Retail policies.; Supervise Associates: Participate in LIDS Training Programs, adhere to set goals and follow up.; Open and close the store: Follow procedures per Operations manual.; Recruit and train store personnel: Assist in recruiting and training store personnel on proper store operations and procedures.
