Of the Ideal Candidate: Ensures all guest feel welcome and are given responsible, friendly, and courteous service through effective customer service skills. Monitors all aspects of the housekeeping department in partnership with Executive Housekeeper, ensure the adherences of safety procedures, the training and evaluation of staff, and the direction of all department processes. Continuously participates in on-going facility inspections throughout the hotel to assure the cleanliness, safety, and other standards have been met. Assure all public areas of property are clean to high standards to ensure all guest experiences are organized and fresh. Follow all security guidelines when entering and exiting room, ensuring room has been secured upon departure. Maintain an inventory and log of housekeeping supplies and facility maintenance, promptly reporting work orders for needed repairs, low inventories, or linens needed.
