We are seeking a Legal Operations Business Analyst to serve as the technical configuration expert for Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems, with a primary focus on Ironclad. This role will design and optimize contract workflow lifecycles, enabling efficient contract generation, tracking, and automation. The ideal candidate will lead the implementation and management of Legal AI tools and enterprise AI solutions, while partnering closely with legal stakeholders to translate complex contracting processes into scalable technical workflows.
